The Taziki's Way:
When Keith & Amy Richards landed on the island of Greece in 1998, they
thought their vacation would be just that- a vacation. But as they explored the
nation's ancient ruins & dined in colorful Mediterranean cafes, they realized
that their trip was the beginning of something big. Inspired by the region's
fresh flavors & healthy ingredients, the pair came home to Birmingham,
Alabama & opened their very first resaurant.

Deliciously Unexpected:
From perfectly grilled meats served with signature sauces to mouth-watering
salads filled with fresh fruits & veggies, at Taziki's we have mastered the art of
creating imaginative, Mediterranean-inspired dishes that are destined to
